Hello. I’m Paula and I am the owner of Monkey Puzzle East Finchley. My team and I are dedicated to giving every child the best start in life by caring for and supporting them to play, learn and grow in a positive and stimulating nursery environment.
I would love to welcome you for a personal tour of our beautiful nursery and preschool in East Finchley, where you can discover more about the exciting days your babies (3-16 months), tweenies (16-24 months), toddlers (2-3 years) and preschool (3-5 years) children can look forward to with our Early Years expert team, so please get in touch through our enquiry form.
Alongside our Outstanding provision we are very proud to run our own Forest School which all our of Preschool children can enjoy.

Our outdoor space is being designed to be so much more than a play area, it’s a true third classroom. With free-flow access, children can follow their interests and learning in the way that suits them best. Our all-weather garden has been thoughtfully planned to include a variety of stimulating zones, from active physical play areas to quieter spaces for exploration, creativity and imaginative play. Our outdoor environment encourages independence, resilience and curiosity, whatever the weather.

Designed specifically for early years education, our bigger, brighter rooms will provide children with the space they need to explore, create and grow with confidence. Each area has been thoughtfully planned around different stages of development, ensuring babies, toddlers and preschoolers benefit from age-appropriate resources, calm cosy corners and stimulating learning zones. With enhanced natural light, improved layouts and carefully considered safety features throughout, our new setting not only enriches children’s daily experiences but also offers families even greater peace of mind.
