About Me:
Shannon joined Monkey Puzzle East Finchley as an Apprentice Nursery Teacher earlier this year. She shadows our experienced practitioners to gain experience and knowledge of working as an early years educator. She undertakes lots of training and is learning new things every day. “I have had great support from management and colleagues, giving me advice and supporting me with my ideas. I love to hear parents coming in, telling me what the children have said to them about me, it really has a positive affect on my progress because I see that the children are happy and I make a difference to their day. I am very passionate about progressing my skills and I really advise anyone who is interested in working with children to take part in an apprenticeship. It is the most rewarding job here are Monkey Puzzle, filled with smiles, laughs and play.
